Behind the Scene

So a lot of people don't even imagine what happens “behind the curtains", just a simple photo for a catalog takes hours of preparation. There is the makeup, the hair, the clothes and there are people who say modeling is an easy way to get money but it's not. Models get really tired, they can spend a whole day in prep for just a few photos. Models have to be really prepared and healthy to be able to do a good job, so they have to exercise, eat well, sleep the right amount of hours, and other things. So before judging the career or saying that it is easy, try it yourself and see.

The majority of models say that when you have to exercise or continue in your healthy diet, there are times when you just want to give up. You just want to say "I'm done. It's over." But when they get to their shoots and they are behind the camera they remember why it's worth it. It's worth it because it's what they love, and in that moment they probably think "What are some exercises and diets here and there compared to this."
